We are shaping the future of land development
Founded in 2017 by two passionate engineers, ALTA has rapidly grown into one of Arizona’s most dynamic engineering consulting firms. Starting with just two people, we now boast a team of over 200 employees, with a presence that extends far beyond Arizona, thanks to our expanding Environmental division.
Our firm offers a comprehensive suite of services, including civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental compliance, and surveying. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop for land development, guiding clients from raw land to fully realized projects. Whether it’s developing a residential community or constructing a commercial facility, ALTA has the expertise to bring any vision to life.
We are a one-stop shop solution for land development
We focus on land development and new construction, offering the Big Four disciplines: Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Solutions, and Land Surveying. Our integrated approach means clients don’t have to juggle multiple consultants – our team provides every service needed to take a raw piece of land and turn it into a fully developed, functional space.Â
We work with a diverse client base, from public agencies to private developers, and our goal is to maintain a well-balanced portfolio of projects that span various sectors.
Our Culture
We hire people, not just degrees
Your education matters, but we believe the right cultural fit is equally important. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and passion. We foster an environment where everyone feels welcome and empowered to contribute.
