This project involved the construction of a new 572,210-square-foot, ground-up industrial facility, along with site preparation for a future 181,506-square-foot building, across approximately 42.81 acres in Glendale, Arizona. The scope also included significant off-site improvements along Bethany Home Road and 52nd Avenue to support expanded site access and infrastructure.

Alta provided comprehensive construction surveying and geotechnical services throughout the project lifecycle. Services included control and benchmark establishment, point generation, and staking for building grids, utilities, and site improvements. Alta supported rough grading operations; installation of on-site sanitary sewer, water, and storm drainage systems; and layout for retention areas, headwalls, and drywells. Additional services included staking for curb and gutter, valley gutter, paving, subgrade and aggregate base course (ABC), as well as retaining and site walls.

Alta also completed field and office as-built documentation, including utility, curb, and pad certifications, and prepared final as-built submittals to support project closeout and future development phases.
