Alta EI is contracted with McCarthy Building Companies to support the construction of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe’s new casino development located along Grant Road, just east of Interstate 10 in Tucson. As part of Phase 1 of the project, Alta EI is providing full-scope surveying services in support of the construction of a 65,000-square-foot casino facility. The initial phase includes development of the casino floor, multiple restaurants and bars, a food court, surface parking areas, and a 1,050-space structured parking garage.

Survey services are supporting construction layout, verification, and coordination across the site to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and efficient progression of work. Construction activities began in summer 2024, with Phase 1 anticipated to span approximately two years and a projected grand opening in late 2026.

The long-term vision for the site includes a comprehensive Phase 2 expansion, featuring a resort-style tower hotel and conference center, roadway widenings along Fairview Avenue and Flowing Wells Road, and additional site and infrastructure improvements across the 40-acre parcel. Together, these phases will transform the site into a major entertainment and hospitality destination for the region while supporting future growth and accessibility.
