Alta E&I’s Environmental Department assisted a leading formulator and manufacturer of specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants with the development of an accurate, defensible, and innovative methodology for calculating air emissions, while also providing critical support in minimizing and resolving a Notice of Violation (NOV).

Project services included direct coordination with the applicable environmental regulatory agency, during which Alta E&I presented a forward-looking compliance strategy and technical approach to address identified deficiencies. Alta E&I developed an efficient and precise system for tracking and managing air emissions data, improving accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness across operations.

Through proactive collaboration and technical rigor, Alta E&I helped facilitate a smoother and more timely resolution process, strengthened regulatory compliance, and enhanced operational transparency.
