Alta EI has been providing construction materials testing and special inspection services for the Project Pueblo development over the past 10 months, supporting critical phases of construction with reliable field and laboratory expertise. Most recently, Alta EI supported a major structural concrete placement involving approximately 1,550 cubic yards of ready-mix concrete.

Due to the size and technical demands of the pour, Alta EI mobilized the resources necessary to staff the operation with three qualified technicians, who performed continuous sampling, testing, and inspection throughout the eight-hour overnight placement. Testing activities included real-time quality control to verify compliance with project specifications, ensuring the integrity and performance of the concrete as it was placed.

The successful execution of this large nighttime pour highlights Alta EI’s ability to scale staffing, coordinate extended work hours, and maintain consistent quality control under demanding construction schedules. Special recognition goes to technicians Kyle Mouser, Gordon Mageau, and Gilbert Velasquez, whose experience and attention to detail were instrumental in managing and servicing this complex concrete placement.
